Delivery Information

At Firebloom we always want shopping to be a pleasant and satisfying experience for you and expect you to receive your products quickly and in pristine condition.  In order to achieve this, our deliveries are carried out by a dedicated delivery company who have experience in handling our products and who we have close contact with throughout the delivery process.

Our Fresco Stove is offered with free Mainland UK delivery. Free Mainland UK does not include Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Scottish Isles and following postcodes.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Delivery must be to the credit/debit card billing address. This is a precautionary measure we’ve had to implement to protect you the customer. Unfortunately, fraudulent use of credit cards still exists, and this is one of the ways we ensure that no one is using your card illegally. We hope you understand that this requirement is for your protection.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please make sure you keep the receipts which will accompany your order.

Delays in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. As such, delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this and will advise you of when you should expect delivery.

All our deliveries cover kerbside delivery with a one-man delivery, all deliveries are made on pallets, if you have any special requests for delivery (for example if you live on a private road with difficult access or have a particularly steep driveway) please make us aware of this at time of purchase.

You must make your own arrangements for unpacking the pallet and taking the product into your home.

All deliveries require a signature.

Deliveries must be thoroughly checked within 24 hours.

Our products are heavy, so we advise that you have help to receive your delivery.

We will not accept liability for any claims for goods which are damaged, incorrect, shortage or with missing parts which are not notified within a reasonable time after the goods were delivered.

All prices shown on our website include free delivery to Mainland UK.

 

Collection (No Delivery Required)

We are happy for you to collect your products directly from our Head Office in Bolton Greater Manchester subject to the following:

You must have received confirmation that your item(s) are in stock and ready for collection.

A time and date must be agreed with a Firebloom team member prior to collection. You must bring the credit/debit card used to purchase your item(s) along with an official form of identification, which verifies your name and address such as a bank statement, driving licence or utility bill. Without this we are unable to release the products

We do not allow collections by 3rd party couriers or freight companies.

 

Order Processing

Whilst we normally despatch stock items within 5-7 days from receipt of order, some products may take longer to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control as on occasions a particular item may be temporarily out of stock and we are manufacturing replenishment stock, you will be notified of this at the time of order.

We will keep you informed of your order and its progress and rest assured we will despatch your item to you as soon as it becomes available.

 

Cancellations and Returns

If you are not totally satisfied with your goods for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from date of delivery or collection for credit or refund provided that you return the goods as sold in pristine condition in their original packaging with all components and accessories. Goods must be returned at your own cost, complete and unused in as new condition; for example, if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in anyway and must be repackaged as received. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When returning products, we strongly recommend you use an insured delivery service to return any items, we will not be liable for any damage caused by the courier on the return journey.

If we receive a returned item that is not in the condition, we sent it or has missing components we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
